Running any business can be demanding on your time; running a home based business is just as hard. Perhaps this is why a couple from Atlanta, Georgia decided that a problem shared is a problem solved. Both Matt and Stacy Williams work at home in their home based business.
Deciding that two wasn’t enough, the couple employed a further six staff – all working from home on their own home based business – on a part time basis. This flexibility, says Stacy, makes the employees happier in their work, more productive, and less likely to move on to another job. This home based business is serious about its employees.
While the Williams’ methods may mean they keep staff for longer, the distributed nature of their team must surely mean a number of potential pitfalls waiting to snare them? A clever use of the Internet and a number of services online means that problems are ironed out before affect the business.
