Synopsis:

Not only is Pyxism the only company that has a 5 star rating it is also the only company listed that has also received Better Business Bureau Accreditation.

Pyxism launched in January of 2010. Although Pyxism is a relatively new company is has solid leadership. Lloyd Wilson is Founder and sole owner. Mr. Wilson has previously been a co-founder, owner and President of a travel based network marketing company. His experience has shown in the development of Pyxism. Our reviewers feel Pyxism could very well be the hottest opportunity in several years.

The BBB is not a government agency and the lack of accreditation should not necessarily be viewed as a negative, but having the that accreditation is a huge positive.

The three factors that lead us to give Pyxism a five star rating are:

The Market: Pyxism is solid entry into what has become the dominate trend in the home business industry, low entry cost – high yield discount travel clubs. Home based businesses are thriving in the current economy with a major focus shift to the low entry cost yet fast and high yield opportunities with the discount travel related companies such as TVI Express, Dream Style Vacations, Club Sea Breeze and others. Of these Pyxism is the only company that appears to meet all compliance requirements for both network marketing and the Travel Industry.

Leadership: Pyxism was founded by, and solely owned by, Lloyd Wilson a veteran of the travel based network marketing industry. Lloyd Wilson was the co-founder of Platinum Travel Club in 2005 which evolved into Platinum One Destinations and NetTrav. His experience and track record leaves little doubt that he will  provide quality products and business systems. Pyxism has retained the services of top attorneys in both the network marketing and Travel Industries.

The Compensation Plan: The compensation plan is what distinguishes Pyxism from both TVI Express and Dream Style Vacations. Pyxism utilizes the fast moving 2by2 matrix but has really added some power to that plan. They are utilizing a two tiered matrix that yields commissions of $500 and $1,000 for a combined payment of $1,500. Additionally they have implemented a generational bonus program, which pays commissions on three generations. This plan combines the fast moving 2by2 matrix with the leverage included in the bonus program.

Products:

Pyxism is a discount travel provider. The product line is constantly evolving. Products include a variety of discount travel certificates and exclusive discount vacation packages referred to as Pyxism Dream Vacations. Associates each have their own travel portal similar to Orbitz or Travelocity. By booking travel through this portal associates earn commissions on their own ravel.

Pyxism is a product oriented business. When associates join they purchase the compass or horizon level product. With this purchase they receive their choice of a variety of discount travel certificates. These range from a 5 day Hawaiian Getaway to Pyxism Weeks. Pyxism Weeks provides a one time access to  the complete inventory available with HTOA (Holiday Travel Of America). This is the same product offered by Club Sea Breeze and LGN Prosperity. The difference being that both LGN and Club Sea Breeze offer lifetime memberships. Pyxism offers a single use per certificate. Unlike Club Sea Breeze and LGN Prosperity, Pyxism provides an additional product (your choice of any of the Travel Certificates) each time an associate completes a matrix and is re entered into the matrix. This is actually done to meet regulatory compliance that requires a product to be received upon every entry into a profit matrix. These certificates do not require any additional out of pocket cost. A successful Pyxism associate will accumulate many more certificates than they could possibly use. Since the certificates are transferable this allows associates to share their discount travel with friends an family.

Associates also have access to Pyxism Dream Vacations and their own commission earning travel booking portal.

Marketing Systems:

Pyxism provides each associate their own Pyxism website with back office. The site includes recordings of live webinars and compensation plan videos. They also provide live opportunity conference calls for the North American, Australian, European and African time zones five times a week. Once a week prospective associates have the opportunity to attend a live conference call with the Founder of Pyxism. Pyxism does have a third party marketing system available to associates.

Citizen Corps Systems Review:

Although Pyxism does provide a third party marketing system the majority of people seem to utilize a variety of marketing systems. This Pyxism website has recently been upgraded but could benefit from better compensation plan video and a better explanation of the product line. Pyxism is still in it’s first year and we look forward to seeing the future marketing systems.

Startup Costs:

$50 Annual Associate Fee
$299 Compass Level Product Purchase or $799 Combined Compass and Horizon Level Product Purchase (To earn money you either make this purchase or make a retail only sale of the product.)

Total $349 or $849
One of the advantages to a double matrix plan allows new associates the opportunity to enter at the lower cost of $349 and leverage their first profit to enter the higher paying Horizon Matrix. Very flexible in that new associates also have the opportunity to purchase into both matrices upon joining. Either way $346 or $846 is definitely low cost to get started in any business that has a multiple six figure annual potential.

Compensation Plan:

Pyxism utilizes the 2 by 2 matrix with a true follow me concept. The 2 by 2 matrix has the new associate at the top of a matrix. There are two positions under him and two under each of those for a total of six. When all six positions are filled the person at the top “cycles” and gets paid.

Pyxism uses two matrices. The entry level matrix is the Compass matrix and every time an associate completes a Compass Matrix they earn $500. The second matrix is the Horizon Matrix. This is also a 2 by 2 matrix. The difference being the Horizon Matrix pays $1,000.

New associates can enter at either the Compass Level or start of in both the Compass and Horizon. If stating at the Compass level only $500 profit from the first complete cycle is used to enter them in the Horizon matrix.

The true follow me concept means that associates will always be placed in their sponsor matrix and no “Board Splitting” exists. Each time an associate completes a matrix they are automatically entered into the current matrix of their sponsor.

Pyxism also pays sponsor bonuses three levels deep. The three levels refers to sponsorship genealogy. First level would be directly sponsored associates. Second would be the associates sponsored by the first level associates and third would be the people they sponsor.

Anytime an associate anywhere in those 3 levels earns a Compass or Horizon payout the bonus of $75 per Compass matrix and $150 per Horizon matrix is earned.

Citizen Corps Compensation Review:

Two by Two matrices are popular because the are very fast moving and associates cycle these matrices weekly and sometimes daily. A two by two matrix by itself does not have the earning potential to qualify for our review. Generally speaking they are good for generating extra income but really don’t have a huge earning potential.

Even with the two matrix system that allows simultaneous earnings of $1500 with no additional work, the Pyxism compensation plan would lack any real long term power.

What earns the 5 Star rating is the Leadership Bonus portion of the compensation plan. Paying out bonuses three levels deep adds a huge amount of leverage and increases the income 6 times what would be earned solely from the matrix cycles.

This compensation plan not only allows you to earn a significant income from your own efforts but also utilizes the power of leverage that network marketing inherently makes available.
