Synopsis:
This is a pre-review of Pyxism which has just launched. We are putting this out as a pre-review because everything we have seem so for this will be a 5 star rated opportunity and because of the huge financial advantage for marketers to get involved early in what could very well be the hottest opportunity in several years.
During the pre-launch period, Pyxism held a month long contest. This contest was unique in that it wasn’t for individual sales but for overall team growth. Each month $1,000 was paid to the individual with the fastest growing team and cash prizes were awarded for the overall performance.
At launch Pyxism announced a new $1.5 million contest. Starting at launch Pyxism is setting aside $10 for every new associate. When 150,000 new associates is reached, Pyxism will award $1,000,000 to the individual with the highest team growth. Second place is $250,000, $100,000 for third and $50,000 to each of 4th, 5th and 6th places. Once again Pyxism rewards teamwork.

The Market: Pyxism is the newest entry into what has become the dominate trend in the home business industry, low entry cost – high yield discount travel clubs. Home based businesses are thriving in the current economy with a major focus shift to the low entry cost yet fast and high yield opportunities with the discount travel related companies such as TVI Express, Dream Style Vacations and now Pyxism.
Leadership: Getting involved with a company in the pre-launch phase requires putting faith in the leadership of the company. Pyxism was founded by, and solely owned by, Lloyd Wilson a veteran of the travel based network marketing industry. Lloyd Wilson was the co-founder of Platinum Travel Club in 2005 which evolved into Platinum One Destinations and NetTrav. His experience and track record leaves little doubt that he will provide quality products and business systems.
The Compensation Plan: The compensation plan is what distinguishes Pyxism from both TVI Express and Dream Style Vacations. All three use the 2 by 3 matrix, but both Dream Style Vacations and TVI Express use a force fill cycling matrix whereas Pyxism uses a true follow me matrix. This implementation keeps teams together and reduces the number of new members required to complete the matrix and get paid. Just within the first year of using a cycling matrix many members are being adversely affected resulting in “breakage” with many stagnant boards. The true follow me matrix removes the splitting of teams.
Pyxism has just launched, which means it is in startup mode and you can’t expect all the tools and systems to be in place.
