I responded to an internet advertisdment for a 14 day free supply of a product through Smarter Lifestyles and was told when I reached the company that I would have to order the product and give my credit card information in order to receive the “free” 14 day supply. WHAT A SCAM! Sounds like a class-action fraud case to me! Randy Frier, Esquire Frier & Frier, P.A. 1682 Metropolitan Cr. Tallahassee, FL 32308 (850) 894-2084 Telephone (850) 894-9494 Fax

Mr. Frier, That would be smarterlifestyles.com The paid to place offer has no products that are sent to you and there is a 60-day money-back guarantee. I question this site’s existence right now. Seems to me they bash all these offers and programs just so they can promote theirs. Just a guess

I to found this website after ordering Paid to Place. I immediately sent an email to customer service to cancel (it was sunday.) Within 15 minutes I had gotten an email back from JD explaining that ‘scams’ don’t offer customer service on a Sunday and ‘scams’ will not keep a merchant account long which is the lifeblood of any business in today’s environment. With that reply I felt somewhat assured and said hold off on the cancellation. On Monday morning I promptly called in to ask some questions and my call was taken by Trish. What a nice helpful lady. Anyway that’s my story and I don’t see how some of these people can say the things they do after my experience. So I just wanted to say job well done.

Sounds to me like smarterlifestyles has paid their people to come to this site and post a positive review in order to make it look legitimate. If it smells like a scam, sounds like a scam, then it most likely is a SCAM!

I was skeptical and went ahead and purchased anyway. Once I was in the members area I knew this was going to be too much for me. I’m almost 70 years old and not that computer savvy. I bought this because it would be nice to make some extra money and keep myself busy. I called the customer service number and received an immediate refund. I was surprised because for some reason I thought it was going to be difficult.
