Cars Plus Cash System

Well a big surprise there is YET ANOTHER TVI Express knockoff. If you aren’t familiar with TVI Express then you can read our review bit in short this program exploded all around the world and turned out to not be a legitimate business in that they couldn’t provide the product and failed to pay many representatives.

Since TVI was exposed there have been several attempts to duplicate the system that made TVI so successful but to do so as a legitimate opportunity. Cars Plus Cash is the latest to make such an attempt.

The question becomes is Cars Plus Cash a Legitimate Opportunity? Let’s examine some to the facts.

TVI Express never disclosed the names of the owners and founders of the company. The Cars Plus Cash System website does not include the names of any owners, founders or officers. If you own a company why do you hide your identity?

When TVI first launched they claimed to be a UK based company and used an address in London. TVI infact was registered off shore in Cypress. CPS Systems also lists a UK address which is actually a virtual office address. Cars Plus Cash is registered as CPC Systems Limited in the British Virgin Islands.

One reason that a company registers off shore is to avoid legal action. If a company such as CPC were to register in the United States they would be held accountable to US regulations. This is very impotant to individuals who became affiliated with a company. If the business model does not meet US Regulations they cannot hold the company accountable but they can hold you financially liable.

The Compensation Plan: TVI used a 2by3 forced filled cycling matrix with two levels. Cars Plus Cash also uses that 2by3 forced filled cycling matrix but with 3 levels. They have also included a 2by2 feeder matrix. Both companies include a residual plan and promises of cars, yachts and such. One problem that generally comes into play is that the compensation plan relies on breakage in order to pay all commissions as promised. Basically put if everyone were to have success and progress through the compensation plan does it actually support paying out all the commissions. If a compensation plan cannot do this then it is not legal in many countries.

Does This Compensation Plan Meet Regulations In The United States: The short answer is NO.

Without going through every aspect of the compensation plan or the math involved, there is one obvious non compliant issue. 2by3 matrix compensation plans are completely legitimate when they meet all the guidelines. One very important regulation is that “Every Time You Enter A Matrix You Must Receive A Product”.

Whenever a matrix is completed, there is a fixed amount of income associated with that matrix. A portion of that is paid to the member who was in the pay position, a portion goes to the company and the remainder is used to enter you into the next matrix or re enter into the existing matrix. That is actually money earned by the person in the pay position. By utilizing that money to enter a person into a new matrix ( or re enter) without a product purchase involved, then that is now classified as a money game.

The Products: TVI Express sold vouchers supposedly good for 6 night 7 day vacation including return airfare. Obviously they couldn’t supply a 6 night 7 day vacation including return airfare for only $250.

Cars Plus Cash offers a 3 night 4 day stay at a 3 or 4 star hotel around the world for $300. That is basically $100 a night. There are also additional taxes and “Processing Fees” as well as limitations associated with availability and the participating location.

We don’t doubt that they will be able to provide the product as listed. In short from the list of locations and considering the restrictions, it a appears to be promotional stays at selected hotels.

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours as of late, but I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. It is pretty price sufficient for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will probably be much more useful than ever before.
